It’s my first time accessing ourlounge, what do I do?
1. First, click on “Register” on the right side of the page
 
 
2. Next, you’ll fill out the required information – email address, password, confirm password and number verification.  You’ll also notice that you need to accept the Terms and Conditions to continue (you can view these in full by clicking the link). When you’ve completed the form, click “Next Step.”


Which email address do I use to register?
When you are registering on ourlounge, it’s important to use the same email where you receive your schedule. However, if in the event you have an email address with your name that ends in @post.mcdonalds.ca or @ca.mcd.com, then by default, this will be the email address you use to access ourlounge. Restaurant number email addresses cannot be used for ourlounge.

 
How do I change my password?
1. Once you’ve logged into ourlounge, click on your initials/profile picture at the top right corner of the page and choose “About me.”
 
 

2. Once you’ve entered the about me section, choose “Password” on the right hand side.
 
 

3. You’ll then be able to change your password by entering your current password and a new password of your choosing. Please ensure your password is 7-15 characters long and contains at least one number and one upper-case letter. Remember, your password is always case-sensitive.

4. Once you’ve entered the required fields, click “Save” at the bottom right hand corner. Your password is now changed.

 
I’ve forgotten my password. How do I reset it?
1. To reset your password, visit www.ourlounge.ca and click “Forgot Password.”
 
 
2. Enter your email address and the number verification. Your email must be the same email that’s stored in ThoughtWorks. Click “Send new password.”
 
 
3. A new password will be sent to your email address and should arrive within 10 minutes. If you don’t receive it, be sure to check your junk and spam folders.
 
4. If you do not receive an email, please speak to your manager as soon as possible.
 
How do I change my language setting to French?
1. Once you’ve logged into ourlounge, click on your initials/profile picture at the top right corner of the page and choose “About me.”
 
 
2. Once you’ve entered the about me section, choose “Display Settings” on the right-hand side.
 
 
3. Choose a language from the drop-down menu and click “Save.”
 
 
How do I change my profile picture?
 
1. Once you’ve logged into ourlounge, click on your initials/profile picture at the top right corner of the page and choose “About me.”
 
 
2. Once you’ve entered the about me section, your profile picture is in the centre of the page. Choose “Change” on the right-hand side.
 
3. Choose your profile photo (please make sure the file size is under 300k) and click “Save.” Please upload a photo of you. This photo will be used to verify your identity when the digital platinum card launches later this year.
